What's your story?
“An untold story never heals”… it’s a motto that has brought many to therapy and enables us to become wounded healers! This is what prompted me to start my own mental health journey! I am finding so much meaning in my past suffering now that I have tools I can share with others who may be processing their own pain. The gift of counseling/therapy is one that many will also push off or postpone…but for the brave souls who accept this gift, freedom, healing, and the ability to help those around you awaits!

Are you unsure on how to choose a quality therapist? There are a lot of factors to consider and it can be hard to navigate if you are just starting out in your therapeutic journey. Along with finding someone who has “done their own work”, one of the strongest factors in successful treatment is a good therapeutic alliance! Set yourself up for success by going into your sessions prepared to know what to look for!
